VarsaAI Achieves ISO 27001 Certification

We're proud to announce that VarsaAI has achieved ISO 27001 certification — the gold standard in information security management, recognised globally across every industry that takes data protection seriously.

In pharma, that's not a nice-to-have. It's the only standard that matters.

What We Had to Prove

ISO 27001 isn't a checkbox exercise. It's one of the most rigorous security frameworks in existence — and earning it required us to demonstrate, at every level of our organisation, that information security isn't a department. It's a discipline baked into everything we do.

To achieve certification, VarsaAI underwent an exhaustive independent audit covering our entire information security management system — from data architecture and access controls, to incident response protocols, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning. Every process scrutinised. Every vulnerability assessed. Every gap closed.

On top of this, we conduct regular penetration testing — bringing in independent security specialists to attack our own systems the way a bad actor would. Not to find out if we're vulnerable. But to make sure we're not.

We also run an active bug bounty programme — incentivising security researchers and users to report vulnerabilities the moment they're discovered. In security, the fastest path to a stronger system is rewarding the people who find its weaknesses. We believe that, and we put real investment behind it.

Why This Matters If You Work in Pharma

Let's be direct about something.

AI adoption in pharma is accelerating — but so is the anxiety around it. And that anxiety is entirely justified. Medical Affairs teams are working with some of the most commercially sensitive, legally protected, and scientifically critical data in the world. Pre-launch clinical findings. Unpublished trial data. Proprietary HCP engagement strategies. The kind of information that, in the wrong hands, doesn't just damage a company — it can derail a product, expose a pipeline, and invite regulatory consequences that take years to recover from.

The question every Medical Affairs leader should be asking before adopting any AI platform isn't "what can it do?" It's "can I trust it with our most sensitive information?"

ISO 27001 is our answer to that question.

It means VarsaAI operates within a formally certified, continuously monitored security framework — not because we had to, but because we understood from day one that the pharma organisations trusting us with their data deserve nothing less. It means your clinical content, your strategic documents, your unpublished science — all of it is handled under security protocols that meet the highest international standards.

No shortcuts. No assumptions. No "we take security seriously" platitudes without the proof to back it up.

Security Is a Commercial Imperative

For enterprise pharma teams navigating procurement, vendor risk assessments, and legal review — ISO 27001 certification materially accelerates the path to deployment. We've done the hard work so your security and compliance teams don't have to start from scratch.

VarsaAI is ready to meet your InfoSec team in the room. Bring the questions. We'll bring the answers.

The Certification Is a Milestone. The Commitment Is Permanent.

Achieving ISO 27001 isn't the end of our security journey — it's the structure that governs how we continue it. Annual surveillance audits, ongoing penetration testing, live bug bounty incentives, and a security-first engineering culture mean this standard isn't something we achieved once. It's something we maintain every single day.

Because in an industry where confidentiality isn't optional and the cost of a breach is measured in more than money — your AI partner needs to be the most secure platform in the room.

VarsaAI is that platform.
